Iannis Xenakis had his mind on the cosmos. He was interested in celestial architectures, grand gestures, exploring space, and human history. His unique vantage point on timbral strata transformed classical composition, started electronic music, and changed how we listen and endeavor. Wild Up celebrates Xenakis' work and legacy with two nights surrounding the composer's 101st birthday. We're presenting a concert of his electronic music and a screening of his magnum opus film Persepolis.
